Location and facilities:
The apartment is located in a two-family house in a quiet location not far from the Dolgener and Hohensprenzer lakes. Very popular with canoeists, stand up paddlers, anglers and cyclists. We offer an environment where you can experience a lot - gardening is allowed, next door is a soccer and volleyball court, Sabel offers a small cinema, you can play board and dice games, watch deer and wild birds, go boating and much more. Garden furniture is available in the garden, bicycles can be stored, parking is available.

Separate entrance, parking lot, sitting area, meadow, trees, non-smoking in the house, pets by arrangement (small and female dogs only)

Sports and games:

• Soccer, volleyball, skipping rope, swings, boating
• Living room with corner sofa and sleeping function, TV, sitting area, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, small kitchen: fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans
