The municipality of Hohen Sprenz is located in a landscape conservation area in the district of Rostock, in beautiful Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about 35 minutes by car from the Baltic Sea. However, bathers can also swim in the Sea called "Hohen Sprenzer See". Hohen Sprenz is located on the connecting road (L13) between Laage and Schwaan.

The apartment is located on the first floor, is modernly furnished and has a size of 50 m². The property is fenced. Apartment and property have a separate entrance for you.

Living area: Couch with sleeping function (2 persons), TV (SAT system
Sleeping area: Bedroom double bed (box spring bed); travel cot free of charge on request.

Special features:
You can buy everyday necessities in a small store in the village. Anglers also get their money's worth here. You can fish on the "Hohen Spenzer See" (2 km²) or just go boating. If required, you can buy any fishing equipment you may need in the local store.
