Citizens for trees

The Rostock Forestry Office and Rostock Zoo are once again organizing a joint tree planting campaign this year. Under the motto "Citizens for Trees", the organizers are looking forward to many helping hands. A total of 5,000 trees are to be planted on around 1.2 hectares of forest in the Rostock Heath. After the work is done, the hard-working helpers will be provided with bratwurst, sandwiches and drinks.
