The Montague and Capulet families have been feuding with each other for a long time; violence breaks out time and again in the streets of Verona. Romeo from the Montague family and Juliet, the daughter of a Capulet, fall in love and marry in secret, without the knowledge of their families.
But then Tybalt Capulet kills Romeo's best friend Mercutio, whereupon Romeo stabs Tybalt to death in a fit of rage. After just one day of marriage, Romeo is banished from Verona and forced to leave his beloved Juliet. When Juliet's father also wants to force his daughter to marry someone else, the desperate Juliet decides to take a drastic step...
The actors of the "White Horse Theatre" present the Shakespeare classic in an abridged version, in which the material is presented in an unconventional and humorous way.
