Position:

The "Clara" vacation home is located on the charming outskirts of Schwaan. The Warnow river flows towards the Baltic Sea 150 meters away. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Copenhagen - Berlin cycle path. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bowling and skittle alley, a boat and bicycle rental. Schwaan train station is centrally located in the village and offers an hourly trip with the light rail  to Rostock and the regional train to Hamburg.

• Bedroom and living room with double bed, sitting area, TV and radio, hallway with closet, shower room with hairdryer, kitchen with dining table, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Special features:

• Enclosed property, furnished terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Parking directly at the property
• Rental without breakfast / pets on request

• Extra bed possible, 12,-€ / per night
• One-off charge of € 35 for bed linen, towels and final cleaning
